Barbari High School

Barbari High School is a heritage educational institution located in Parowa village under 38 No. Barkhetri Assembly Constituency of Nalbari District. The School was established in 1959 and the students about Twenty villages including Balikuchi, Namdonga, kathora, Bajali Udaipur, Bausi Udaipur, Sonkani, Bangalmur, Khata Dhamdhama, Kardaitola, Pajipar, Parowa, Jugurkuchi, Nanoi, Raitkuchi etc. studied in the greater area and this trend continues today. Even the students from the villages on the western bank of the Pagaldia River have brought pride to the area by studying in this school has been able to. There are many students who have studied at Barbari High School and have become renowned Doctors, Engineers,University Teachers, College Teachers,School Teachers,Vice-chancellors,Political leaders,Business men,Writers,Journelists, and Artists.
